Working directly with the founders, you will be in charge of supporting our operations, Talent Acquisition and Client Acquisition.
Your main responsibilities
Talent Acquisition management
- Working with the Project Managers, you are in charge of supporting the delivery of Digital Executive Search assignments.
- You get precise briefs for each search with precise list of targets
- You deploy the search strategy using our internal applications as well as social media
- You engage directly targeted candidates via various communications channels
- You coordinate a pool of search experts and control their performance on multiple search assignments
- You report regularly your results and recommend ways to improve Talent Acquisition performance
Talent Pool management
- You publish content regularly on our social media channels in order to attract potential candidates
- You manage our Talent community (acquisition and retention)
- You publish content regularly on our social media channels in order to attract potential clients
- You design and launch regular marketing campaigns in order to activate our existing customers and acquire new prospects.
You are a diploma or degree holder in business administration or a related field. Undergrads are welcome to apply.
You are interested in social media management and digital marketing.
